Cooking Class: Salad Bar!

Today we made a salad bar for cooking class.  This lunch was a big hit!  Most students came back for thirds!!!

We prepared all the ingredients for a salad.

Thanks Marlene for all your help.  She even missed out on a bluebird ski day for us!

I didn't get a picture of the finished product but it was amazing and we all really enjoyed the meal.
