**MORNING YOGA**

We started doing some yoga in the mornings during Calendar time and it has helped the kids focus and get ready for the day.  It has taken a while for them to really breathe into the movements but we are working on it (and I am really enjoying the good stretch in the morning too).  I found this photo on pinterest with no source (so if you know the source please let me know).  I love the visual help with this poster.
