Introducing...

I am thrilled to be back at school and I could tell the little ones were just as excited as I was.  We had a fun filled day and only got to maybe HALF the stuff I actually had planned (funny how that works).   Thanks to Mrs. Austin for taking these adorable photos of their first day.  In the morning we learned about contour drawing.  We learned that we are going to draw only what we see not what we have in our brains.  It was a really hard job but the kids did an amazing job drawing portraits of each other.

Meet my wonderful students this year.  They are so charming, smart, and sweet.  I am so excited to have such a wonderful bunch of children to teach, explore, and learn with.  Let the school year begin!
