Happy!

You know those days when everything is just going awesome?  Today was that day!  The children had such a fun learning day and were so engaged.  Awwww life is good!

This is our new display as we learn about diversity in cultures for Social Studies.  So far we have learned what culture means, and we have learned about some beliefs of the First Nation culture.  I can't wait to teach them about First Nation art.

The students amazing art and poetry are on display.  Come on in and take a look at our hallway bulletin board.

We learned about the golden rule in class.  Treat others the way you want to be treated.  We learned this golden rule from an amazing book called, Do Unto Otters.  

In Science, we are continuing to learn about Matter.  We took these photos when we went on our matter walk.  Today we identified matter's properties from these images.

We talked about the classroom expectations we have been learning about in school.  Today we all signed the contract agreeing we can do this in our classroom!

A student wrote this on the board as they left school today.  I couldn't agree more.  Made me smile ear to ear.  I'm so happy too!
