New Displays!

New things up in our classroom!

 We created increasing patterns again using anything they wanted around our classroom and all the students were able to create some pretty amazing increasing patterns!  These are on display in our coat room.  

We have a new space to go to when we are feeling a little down or needing a pick-me-up.  The entrance to our coat room greets us every morning with a little positive bubble.  The children drew things that make them happy.  

Finally, we used the medicine wheel I painted to start making some new goals.  We talked about our old goals (ex. run a certain amount of laps around the school) and how we can build on that.  Some students stuck with a running goal (body) while others made new goals.  We will be checking in on these goals and making sure they are attainable and what we are doing to help get us closer to meeting that goal.
