We have started our dinosaur unit. The kids are so excited to learn about dinosaurs. We kicked off our unit with a volcano eruption. The kids were so mesmerized by the magma. They were so excited when the volcano erupted and underneath appeared a dinosaur.
There is the volcano. Stay tuned for our dinosaur picture. The dinosaur is still growing in the water until thursday.
For TREAT day this week we made dinosaur soap. They had so much fun mixing the gelatin, bubble bath, and food coloring! They each made one to take home.
They are very squishy so I told the kids that the soap is more for their bath then to wash hands with at the sink.
Voila! Our dinosaur soap! They thought it was pretty funny that the dinosaur's were taking a bath in their soap.
