Today in art class we started to build our downhill dummy racer. Thanks to the Callahan's we were given their old rocket racer. We brainstormed and came up with the idea of making it into a tank. We were all very excited to start this project but first had to make a plan. The kids voted on the best idea and we found everything in the school that is recyclable. Next Thursday, we plan to put it all together and really make it all race ready!
We made quite a mess!
Thanks Marie for coming and helping us out. Also, for the awesome donations for the racer.
The kids can't wait to see this thing fly off the jump. Stay tuned for more progress on this project.
