Today we made s'mores in cooking class. Thank you to Globe Restaurant and Jude for donating the burners and s'more ingredients. They were amazing!! Home made marshmallows and chocolate ganache... mmm. The seniors even got to join us for this cooking class.
They were a bit messy! haha. Afterwards, we wrote the steps to making a s'more. We had to think if we teaching an alien how to make a s'more. They kids did a great job and we sure did have a lot of fun!
Thanks again to Jude and the Globe staff. Also, thanks to Liz for always helping on cooking class days! You make my life a LOT easier!
