Wow! Were we ever lucky. We had a special baker today help us learn how to make mousse. Thank you Sheldon from the Underground Pizza and Bakery. He taught us how to make chocolate mousse from scratch! Aren't we lucky?
Thank Mike for setting this up! We even have chef hats for today! Owen and Noah were team leaders today.
Sheldon pre made a chocolate cake to add to our mousse.... mmm!
The boys loved watching the blender going.
After it was all done we set up a buffet. We started with the cake, then strawberries, and finally chocolate mousse.
We even served it to our school trustees and superintendent and they loved it. The kids did a great job and were so proud to serve their dessert to adults! :)
