Mother's Day

I came across these clay pots at the Dollar Tree in the States (shopping with my Mom).  These little pots were only $1 for 3 pots.  So in total the pots were $4.  The pots are mini which makes them oh-so-cute and the kids love them!  Perfect for a fairy garden.

The supplies: beans, small clay pots, popsicle sticks (or any stick), punched card stock (I have an AWESOME punch from my Mom.  She bought it off of Amazon).

Then we painted our clay pots.  Afterwards, we decorated our flowers and wrote on the flowers.  We wrote, "I Love You," "Happy Mother's Day!" and "To Mom Love____."

Finally, fill the pots with beans and put the flowers in the pots.

The gifts are wrapped and ready to deliver!  I hope they make it home in one piece.

We painted our pots in an assortment of colors.  I loved this idea of pouring the paint on the flower pots.  We tried this idea out and might do this one sometime in the future.  Cool hey?

Some Mother's Day gifts I have done in the past.
Melting Crayons with a Heart
Flower Pots with Pens
Poetry Book (This wasn't a Mother's Day gift but it could've been)
