Monday

It's Monday!  We have our new spelling words.  The Kindergarten have a tricky sort this week.  The "ad" and "ap" are really confusing without an underline so please add that to your sort at home.  I believe we might be practicing this sort for two weeks.  We sorted the words lots of times today and tomorrow our challenge is to read them.

We completed our writing piece on ideas.  We talked about a place we love to go visit and why it is so special.  The template they wrote on was tricky and for next time I would change that so I could see my students writing more.  

I had the students put up this display in our classroom.  They were so proud to be putting it up themselves so please come in and take a look.
