Inspired from this post I approached PAC about creating a space in our school library for the kids to read and feel comfortable and at home. After realizing (from a Playful Learning workshop) I was going to put a reading nook in my classroom I knew we had to make one for the library. Thanks PAC for making this happen.

We are still waiting on the art for the walls and the lightbulb for the lamp but this is the finished product. Thanks Ms. Austin for installing and assembling all the furniture.
These egg shell chairs will be a popular place to read.
The middle cushion is actually an air cushion for the kids to lay back and read on.
We still need to add books and art so stay tuned.
